Hey Guys! I would like to know which gpu I should get from this website http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?cPath=43_1200&...

My budget is 140$-160$ And I will include instant rebates, but not mail in rebates. I want to know what is the absolute best value card in the store. I prefer Nvidia, but if you can find a better card from Amd i won't mind. Please help me! Thanks a ton!:D

650 ti boost is what i would shoot for at that price range if youre playing at 1920x1080 or less

Which one on the website link I put would be the best though.

i like that one for the money, 2 gb and a good cooling solution...if you wanted to go cheaper get this one:

i just realized they have the mail in rebate included, let me look some more

Those are some pretty good cards, and yeah I realized you included the mail-in. I do not mind if they have mail-in rebates just as long as they are 160$ and under without the mail-in. And is zotac a good brand?

if youre not willing to do the mail in rebate, this is the best one that i could find in the price range you were asking, its a Radeon 7850 for 160 before MIR. http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=4...

if you can do the MIR, id go for one of the 650ti boosts

I see, but doesn't the 1 gb 650 ti not boost outperform the 1gb 7850?

I see, but wouldn't it be better to have 2gb of video memory? Isn't it ore future proof?

it is nice to have 2gb of vram, but that is not the most important factor, the gpu is. there are gt 640s with 4gb but that doesnt make them great gaming cards or much more future proof than a 1gb gt 640. if youre playing at 1080, you can get by with 1gb although you might have to dial back a few settings. i would try other websites and see if you cant find a deal on a 650ti boost, and if not i would get a 7850 over the 650ti, but its all your choice.

The reason I use that site is that I can not order online and that site has a store in my city. I found this card: http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=4...
It has direct cu, so it is very cool. I is ot a good cad for 160$ I know it is with mail-in rebate, but it is a 7850 that looks real good to me.

It's up to you there, because the 7850 and 650ti boost are similarly performing cards and you can get either one at that price (after mail in rebates).

I'd get the gtx 650ti boost. cheaper (even though it is after a rebate), although i have to admit im more of an nvidia fan myself. and after all is said and done you paid less for a very good card with an extra gig of vram
