hi all. ive been looking for answers about bottlenecks.

my current system is.
CPU: AMD 1090T BE (stock) cooled by a coolermaster V8.
GPU: AMD 6950.
PSU: CORSAIR GS700W
RAM: 8Gb ddr3 @ 1600mhz hyperX

i would like to know if my rig /CPU will bottleneck with a 760 SLI setup. and if hat will happen what about a AMD fx8350 can this do the job?

Solution

All pc's have a bottleneck of some sorts.
But the 8350 would be a definite improvement over your 1090t.

You would definitely see a bottleneck with the 1090t.
If you overclock it this won't be as prevalent, but it will still be there.
I would suggest getting the 8350.
