I have no intention to overclock my system, do I still need a CPU cooler?

I have spent around 2 hours searching for components. I didn't want to downgrade on the i7 nor did I want to lose the GTX 770 Lightning. My budget was £900 but it was impossible so I have stretched to near enough £1000. Also decided to leave out the SSD but what kind of an impact would I lose when gaming?

If you could let me know if these components are up to the job I would be grateful.

Note: Found a really nice bargain on the case, very solid and the promo offer runs way past my ideal purchase so happy with that.
