First (Budget Gaming) Build - Any Advice Appreciated

I'm planning on building a budget gaming PC, and this is the build I came up with. All comments and suggestions are appreciated.

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750K

Motherboard: MSI FM2-A75MA-E35

RAM: 2x ADATA XPG Gaming Series 4GB DDR3 1600

GPU: GeForce GTX 650 1GB

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB

DVD Drive: LITE-ON 24X DVD Burner

CPU Cooler: COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus

Case: COOLER MASTER Elite 430

I'm mostly looking to play RPGs/MMOs like Skyrim, Final Fantasy XIV, and Guild Wars 2, and open world games like GTA IV and the Saints Row games. I don't need to max out every setting, but would like to play at fairly high settings. I'd also like to overclock it some (not too aggressively, but some) to help with that. How well will this build do what I'm looking to do?

    What is your budget ?

Budget is ~$500, including the OS. Why do you recommend the motherboard you linked to over the one I linked to?
  2. Cause it is a little bit cheaper and because it does the same things.
For that budget, I think that you are fine with what I told you, keeping the GPU that you chose.

'This gpu has higher performance and a lower price.
