I am currently building my first gaming PC using this loadout: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1q8IJ (the graphics card I already have, it's the AMD Radeon HD 7750) and was wondering if the B75MA was compatible with my CPU, and if I could possible use another motherboard instead of that one, if it's not good enough.

It looks like a fine build. Everything is compatible. There is alternatives to what you chose, on the AMD side, and it might be better, but that's your choice.
