Hi everyone! My new rig is ready and i'm very happy with it, though i have a problem.
Let's start with my specs:

cpu:i5 4670k (with turbo boost on 3.8Ghz)
cpu fan:coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO
mobo:gigabyte z87xud4h
ram:16gb corsair vengeance 1600
gpu:gigabyte 660 oc edition
case:coolermaster cm 690II
psu:coolermaster 850 silent pro
ssd:samsung 840 pro 128gb
hhd:2 caviar black 640 sata II
sound:soundblaster x-fi titanium fatality
monitor:LG flatron E2250V 22''
os:win 7 ultimate 64bit
I mostly play at resolution 1680 x 1050.

A few minutes before i use intelburn test v2.54 to test my temps...boom 92c !!!
Test completed succefully
Ambient temps are 26c.I use cpuid HWmonitor to check the temps, I also used mx-4 as a paste before i install the EVO.Temps on idle are 36c.I have also run some benchmarks inside games, like hitman absolution maxed out and temps was 67c.
Are those temps normal??? Intelbuntest was very painfull to see those temps...should i start to worry?

Solution

Try reinstalling it, including reseating and reapplying thermal paste.

+1 to this. Sometimes the thermal paste/installation just doesn't fully work the first time.

I will reinstall it but could it be something else??Any ideas? I mean what could be wrong with the installment?
So i guess those temps are not normal right?

No, temps over 90C are not only not normal, but it's bad for your PC. And we are troubleshooting, so try what I said (or don't, but I'm trying to help) and if you're still getting those temps you have a bigger problem.

Hi everyone.
I just finish re installing the EVO,use isopropyl alcohol to clean everything cooler and cpu and use again mx-4 paste (line method from the guide i saw). I watch this quide to re install it carefully:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLlrqzwxJig.
I just run intelburn test, standard and high succefully, temps are the same 91c.
I will say again that i have turbo boost on 3.8ghz and set memory to 1600 by enabling xmp profile.
All the other things like vcore or something are as they use to be,nothing has been changed.
Please is this normal?I see some people talking about like it is normal, the limit is 100c???
