Need advice for first gaming build (need case)

Hey. I'm going to be gaming with this build and have decided to go with amd. With that said, and much research and pricing, I think i have most of my build down. I can't decide on a case and I want to keep this under $1100. The case I want to look nice and still be functionally sound. And any changes in my build you guys think i might need are appreciated .

More about advice gaming build case
  1. what size are you interested in? mid tower or full tower? or something else?
  2. heres what i would get

i went the intel route. it will perform better in CPU intensive games and the GPU is slightly faster for cheaper
  3. Sorry forgot to mention that, mid tower preferably , as long as it has room, but i can easily live with a full tower , i just want the case to look nice, and yet be functional, nothing thats like super nice looking , but has bad airflow ect..
  4. my build is still better with the case

Well, for starters, Samsung is coming out with their new 840 EVO SSD line. About three times faster than the Samsung 840 120GB.

Cases are a very personal decision. I like these things:

I'd recommned getting two 4GB ram sticks over one 8GB. The CPU will be able to talk to it twice as fast.
  6. I've used this case and it was easy to build with and it runs about $50.

Then you could put more on your SSD go for a Pro version or larger version, or put it towards your VGA card and upgrade that.

I'm actually thinking about this case and definitely the ssd , thanks ! I think you solved my problems :D
  8. the 840 evo is pretty expensive for what it offers. unless the price is actually a fair bit lower than a good MLC SSD, i see no reason to get it over another
