Cooler Master Hyper 212 vs Corsair Hydro Series H40

I am a new PC builder and I need advice on coolers and if it is required. I have a FX 6300 and was wondering which cooler was quieter and better for the price. the H40 is about the same price as the Hyper 212, but I don't know which one to get. I just know the H40 is a very budget-end water cooler, and I was told the Hyper 212 works better.

Also, what is the difference between the Hyper 212 Plus and Evo?

the 212 should be more quiet. generally the fans on AIO units ramp up high under heavy load, and most people who WC eventually switches out the fans. as for 212+ and evo differences is that evo was a fine tweak on 212+ to make it perform better.
