Hi, I will do this short and sweet! :)

Currently, I have a Galaxy GTX 560Ti (old from 2011).
And it's starting to fail on certain games (Planetside 2, Crysis 3, Bf4 maybe) and I would like to get some advices on GPU's.

Option 1- Keep my 560ti until the GTX 8xx comes out.
Option 2- Buy a GTX 760 for 270$
Option 3- Buy a GTX 760 and buy another one in December to do SLI.
Option 4- Save some money and buy a Evga GTX 770 (460$) in November but don't buy a GTX 8xx
Option 5- Buy another GTX 560ti for 100$ and do SLI.
Option 6- Take a 760 and OC is as much as I can?

CURRENT SPECS:
SCREEN(most important): ASUS VG248QE 24" 144hz 1080p
CPU: Intel-Core i7 4770
MOBO: Asus Sabertooth Z87
RAM: 16gb (4x4gb) Corsair Vengeance 1600hz DDR3
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 128gb
HDD: who cares
PSU: Corsair HX750W 80 Gold + Semi-modular

So yeah, these are my every days "problems". Me and my god damn brain not making descisions! :)

Peace, Boutchoo!

EDIT/UPDATE/NEWS/watever: After talking with some experts, they said " A single higher GPU is always a better choice than two medium GPUs in SLI/Crossfire"

They also said that most games do not benefit of SLI and a single better card is always better. They said that I can take a EVGA GTX 770 SuperClocked w/ ACX Cooling NOW and selling it next summer for 300$ or less to get a GTX 8xx if it's REALLY better (No more Kepler, it will be Maxwell GPU's).
And I have currently a ASUS VG248QE monitor ( 144hz - 1080p - 24inch)
So yeah, a 770 is the choice I made. The 760 would have been good with an i5, 4gb ram, 600W PSu, but they said my PC deserve a higher end GPU in it to benefit the maximum power it can get.
And they also said that the 780 is a big waste of money and 770 vs 780 is not that visible when playing games.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR ANSWERS! :)

It's hard to decide if i were u.

But however i could go over some options:

Option 1: maybe u lose the interest when GTX 8xx comes out.

Option 2: GTX 760 is a good idea now if u have money now. It does go for gaming over HD 7950

Option 3: Only ur PSU can handle 2 GTX 760 but it will be fine tooif u have that money.

Option 4: If u wanna go for GTX 770 better get a 4GB version, to be better prepared if GTA 5 isn't well optimized like GTA 4 did.

5: GTX 560 ti sli, i afraid, will be too old and therefore won't do better than single GTX 760/670

6. The review on tomshardware.com shows GTX 760 performs sliiiightly better even OC by 15%: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-760-review-gk104,3542-7.html

7. Will be more pratical in ur vie.

GTX 760 is a good card and 2 of them in SLI should be good to handle future games. 2 in SLI outperform 1 Titan.. I just got an MSI Gaming GTX 760 and so far it is a GREAT card for the money. Playing BF3 I'm currently at 1680x1050 getting 100-150fps in high settings and nothing lower than 70 in ultra. My monitor can't handle ultra settings though. Lots of screen tearing. Getting a new one soon lol. I'm either going to SLI it later on (the 760 might be even cheaper by then) or return it and put the money towards a better single card. I have 2 years to figure it out though. Got the extra return plan when I bought from Microcenter so I can return within 2 years and get a full refund/credit towards another card.

Yes maybe, but the thing is I don't want the same "problem" in 2-3 years where the 760 isn't going to be that good has I'm having right now with my 560ti. Since the gtx x60 is the low end of a generation of cards (450, 560, 660, 760)
And do Not forget that my Monitor is 24inch 1080p 144hz from Asus ( VG248QE ). So I dunno if one or two 760's will give me 120fps or more in my games for a trully 144hz (120hz) immersion.

AND I MIGHT PLAY 3D STEREOSCOPIC (Nvidia 3D vision 2). So this is why I'm really lost here.

Back in 2011, I was about to take 570 but I saw the 560 Ti, So maybe I want to wait the 760ti ?

AND I HEARD that SLI isn't good for every games out there. The 770 have 2gb of Vram and the 760 too, so both are good for 1080p at 24inch.

And since my CPU is good (i7 4770) maybe It will help the 760? Or if I take a 770, the CPU will relax?

I am so confused. I hate thinking in the future! It brings alot of troubles :/

It's like if 2 years ago I tooked 2 Way SLI gtx 560ti, now it's not that good, so why 2 way SLI gtx 760 will be better in 2-3 years?

I could also take a GTX 760 and wait for GTX 8xx? Since the 760 is 55% better then my 560ti in general.

Or I could take a 770 now and say good bye to GTX 8xx since my 770 will still be good enough...

HALPH!! :(

yes, but like I said in my update note, alot of game are bad coded for SLI and doesnt benefit of SLI.
Some games loses FPS instead of gaining alot more. So I will stick with the GTX 770 EVGA Superclock (450$ with shipping) :)

780 is like burning money. 770 EVGA SC W/ ACX Cooler is my choice, as you can read in my post :)
