Power Supply for gaming PC

I am planning on building my first computer and have just about all of the parts figured out but don't know what amount of power I need for the PSU and am not sure what a good brand to use is. Here is my parts list so if someone knows a lot about PSU I would really appreciate your help.

Let me ask you this, are you planning in the future to ever SLI or Overclock? because remember that PSU and Cases are always reuseable

The XFX is a good power supply. On the build I would suggest getting 2 4gb sticks rather than 1 8gb so you can use dual channel mode. Also for the video card I would suggest the GTX 760 over the 3Gb 660ti.

I am not planning on overclocking anytime soon but would like to have the ability to overclock incase I change my mind later on. I am worried that I could severely hurt my new computer especially because this is the first one I have ever built.

I would consider SLI depending on how much it costs and if it really is much better than a single graphics card?. Also, would it be comparable with the rest of my build?

I think that I am going to have to stick with the 660ti because of the price. I am already over budget and can't afford a $400 graphics card. If there are any other options that are more in the price range of the 660ti I would love to hear them.
