I just made a quick stop at Best Buy last week and took a look at their overpriced selection of graphics cards. They had an EVGA GTX 660 on the shelf for $280, while right next to it sat a GTX 660 ti for $250. But the 660 ti wasn't EVGA, Galaxy, PNY, Asus, or any brand like that. I mean, this was a green and black box that was almost blank, and was CLEARLY labeled "Nvidia". I wondered, how the heck does Best Buy get a hold of an actual reference card from Nvidia? I can't find on on Amazon, Newegg, or any other site online. I've seen these cards YouTube reviews and benchmark demos, but I could never figure out where to find them. The same thing goes for AMD cards as well. And it seems like these are a lot cheaper too, especially when a 660 ti cheaper than the non-ti version of the 660. Can somebody tell me where Best Buy would obtain these cards from, and wherever else they are distributed?

Nvidia and Best Buy have an exclusive deal together: http://www.engadget.com/2010/10/05/nvidia-starts-selling-own-brand-gpus-at-best-buy-aib-partners-l/

Anyway, there isn't much of a benefit to getting the Nvidia branded graphics card anyway.
