Hoping someone out there knows what's going on with my machine. Installed everything in it's right place, double checked cables, and new system should work great. But it's not.

I've checked BIOS and it's not PEG or built-in video. I have the TwinFrozr 660 TI on the MSI Z87 board, with an i7 4770 running off of an 800w psu.

Installed Windows 7 and the Aero update was giving me a problem. Now, stuck.

Any help appreciated.

So, still encountering issues with this. One thing I noticed on the board installation. There are two "Pwr" slots for PSU entry (both 8 pin), "Pwr 2" and "Pwr 3". I only had enough PSU cables for the first half. Do I need to install another PSU cable out from the PSU to accompany the other slot? They sit next to each other on the board. Could this resolve?

A few key notes:
* low performance on Windows Experience for the proc (4.9 on a i7 4770)
* missing PSU cable and do not have another one to slot into the second of the top two Pwr ins
* all drivers updated including bios, gf 660ti card, realtek, and other
* ssd is the main drive
* Win 8 Pro

Any help appreciated...

Not sure how to remedy the slow proc issue, or why it's even occurring. I feel like I've checked everything a million times...
