Google search redirects me to a different site?

Hey folks so I normally use Firefox and Google Chrome to search the web. Whenever I do a google search majority of the time when I click on a site it will redirect me to a different site. I've had this problem for a while now and not sure if it's a virus or not. It's been bugging the hell out of me whenever I google search something and it redirects me to a different site. I have used all my virus scanners, malwarebytes to no avail!

Surely a virus or just one of the fu**ing extensions
just uninstall all the extensions from chrome
Uninstall an extension to remove it completely from the browser:
For Chrome:
Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
Click Tools.
Select Extensions.
Click the trash can icon by the extension you'd like to completely remove.
A confirmation dialog appears, click Remove.
You can also temporarily turn off an extension by disabling it on the Extensions page.
For FireFox: <Click here
