I recently installed a GeForce GTX 760 and noticed that my screen was blurry. The icons on my desktop, as well as any text, is noticeably blurred. In addition, I noticed that there were very slight flickering lines on my screen that can be seen quite clearly when I'm on a dark page/game. I have the same resolution 1366x768 as always. I've tried to remedy this issue by manually re-installing the video drivers. When that didn't work I tried using a GPU Driver cleaning program with no success. I'm not sure what's causing this, so if anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it.

Solution
remove your card and erease its pci pins with ereaser, withj soft brush clean your pci socket.

what is your motherboard?
in bios of mother board try to keep your gpu ratio at 95>100>105.

i would say it a bad combo with VGA and computer resolution settings. VGA uses an analogue signal to send to your monitor and has lots of issues when you start to run things at high resolution (on a standard VGA cable) the easiest way and the only way i can see fixing this issue would be either use a digital connection (DP, DVI or HDMI) to your monitor and if that doesnt work try a different monitor to isolate the issue
