No PC on the planet is strong enough to emulate a PS3 or Xbox 360.

You can emulate following consoles (Popular listed) -

Nintendo 3DS
PlayStation 2 (PS2)
PlayStation (PS1/PSX)
PlayStation Portable
Nintendo Wii
Nintendo GameCube

There are many more old school consoles too but I don't remember their names.

In other words, emulating a PS3 on any PC is impossible for now. Buy one for yourself. Otherwise most of the PS3's games are for PC too and on PC they look gorgeous with smooth 60 FPS on Full HD or whatever resolution you want with beautiful textures. Some of the PS3's exclusive games (Like God of War 3, God of War - Ascention, etc) would require you to buy a PS3 itself.
