Click start, and type Display and press enter
If you change to 150% does that help? You will need to log out and back in again.

How large is your display? If it's not a large TV, you might want to try sitting / moving it closer.

i tried to change 150% before you posted it but everything is fine exxcept for programs windows are small. i need to come closer to monitor screen to see letters toolbars on those windows since i sit 6 ft far as its 22" big and iahve mouse keyboard wireless for that.

my monitor size is 21.5"

Uhh, yeah. A monitor that size is designed to be viewed from 3-4 feet, not 6 feet. It doesn't surprise me that things look a little small.

Either move your monitor closer or decrease the resolution - it will look bad, but it will be larger.

yes darksable i bought this monitor a year back i switched it to 1280x768 , i know lowering resolution does help as i was using it since a year. but now i thought to keep it in its native form i.e 1920x1080. everything else is fine with display i changed to 150% all appears bigger except this programs windows . i need to right click on those windows to bvisualize from 6 ft clearly. since i play games . it hurts monitor sitting close by even when i made 0 brightness . this led is really good wish i had the solution to make windows screen bigger

Most monitors are designed to be used from about just over an arms length away from you. You should consider sitting closer or it will ruin your eyes due to strain.

If the brightness hurts your eyes, you can lower the brightness and gamma in your drivers tool if you use NVidia or AMD card. If you use onboard it is possible to create a new profile somewhere under "Advanced" on the screen where you set your resolution.

If all else fails you can consider getting something like a pair Gunnar eyeware that help reduce bright lights and glare and is designed for long term computer use. But overall you should probably sit closer.
