What can I do to fix a broken PSU?

I have a XFX PRO650w and it broke after one week. I really am pissed off by the shitty quality of XFX. I have warranty but, I live in Hong Kong. I doubt they will replace it since I'm not in the US. Is there some way I can fix it? Can I replace the capacitors?

nothing. they are high voltage high amperage devices that are not user serviceable unless your an electronics engineer and even then its debatable whether you will be able to fix it. your still under warranty so email them and get then to send you a postage paid rma number. if they shipped it to you from the u.s they should be willing to accept the return or give you details on where in your region you can return it.

I've already opened it. Oops. But, do you really think they will replace it regarding the fact I live in HK?
