The RAM will work, but not at full speed!
Your motherboard only supports DDR3 1866/1600/1333 MHz,
The speed of your RAM is 2133 MHz, so if it doesn't work in your PC, you will have to go into the BIOS and under clock the RAM, if it hasn't been done automatically.
Due to this, I wouldnt recommend wasting money on high speed RAM when your motherboard will no utilize it.
