Solved disk write protected Tags: Data Traveler Kingston Storage USB Write Protection Last response: August 14, 2013 6:33 AM in Storage Share aamirkiani August 14, 2013 4:10:42 AM I just bought an 16 gb Kingston data traveler 101 usb. After successfully transferred around 650 mb of files, the rest did not copied to the flash disk. It said: "The disk is write-protected. Remove the write-protection or use another disk." I tried to remove the copied files or format the flash disk but to no avail. The same message was flashed to the screen. Could you help me how to remove this write-protection from my usb Kingston data traveler 101? Thank you. I've seen lots of cheap fakes before and this is a common problem. Share Bash M August 14, 2013 6:33:50 AM hi, What type of datas you tried to copy? m 0 l Can't find your answer ? Ask !
