So my old h100i worked with my 3770k @ 4.2, but it was basically dead. The LEDs were dead, and i couldnt connect it to Corsair Link to change the fan speed. It worked, and kept my 3700k @ 4.2 with MSI OC GENIE nice and cool. I even tested it for hours with prime95 and intelburn. It never crashed nothing.

So i just got a new H100i, installed it. and it works fine with Link. I can edit fan speeds and LED colors. But my idle temps are fine in the 30s, mid 30s. But I am watching them on RealTemp and my idle temps are generally in the 30s, but they randomly jump up to the 40s and high 40's? Like 47 randomly, 49 randomly, and one core said it jumped to 52 randomly? and I am only running a small program that doesn't take much to run. In task manager im at about 12-14% CPU and 2.75gb RAM. Is this normal?

Also.. I when I was running intelburnin, i ran 10 trials of the standard, and it went fine. 3 of the cores never hit 70, but 1 core hit 73 at one point but that was the highest. I then tried to run intelburnin with the Extreme mode or the Max mode or whatever, and it was running about the same, except that one core kept hitting the low 70s then was staying in the low 70s, then my computer blue screened? My temps are 60s, low 70s, 60s 60s. And it blue screened?

Is all of this normal?
I also am going to run some prime95 blend tests while I sleep and I will update back to here on how that goes.

Idle temp jumps are normal. My i5-3570k randomly jumps for 30 to 40, sometimes 45. I think it's caused by background programs from the OS doing things. You should have removed the old thermal paste first before re-applying the as5 in the missing spots. Use isopropyl alcohol (I use 99%) to clean the cpu and re-apply the as5. You can use a coffee filter that has the alcohol on it to wipe away most of the thermal paste and then a qtip to clean any remaining spots. Do this for both the heatsink and cpu and then let it air dry. Then apply a small pea sized amount in the centre of the cpu and gently place the heatsink in the centre.

I removed the OC Genie OC of 4.2 and my 3770k is set to default now.
I ran 5 test runs of IntelBurntest Standard and got this - http://gyazo.com/35c0eb981750640bd668548a0a0ad4a8
This is my idling temps of 3770k at default clocks - http://gyazo.com/89ea8e4a4e3ab0848bb719f6af35fa3f
This was running Intelburntest at VeryHigh level for about 5 minutes - http://gyazo.com/e8d30edcf070b1aabdbc9e24a74917a9
This was about 6-8 minutes of Prime95 LargeFTTs - http://gyazo.com/011d4b2ccef253c51538dfd8b68a6634

Are these very good temps and normal at stock i7-3770k with h100i? if not how can I fix them?

The only thing i could think if it isnt normal temps is when i was trying to install my new h100i, i was cleaning off the old thermal grease off the 3770k, and on the new h100i block (comes with thermal paste already on it) a little bit of the grease got scratched off. So i used my arctic silver 5 or whatever grease to just gently and lightly fill in that missing part of grease on the h100i block. Could this cause problems? or could it be something else? or are these temps good?

I want really good/low temps. My room temperature is probably 72-78F im guessing during the day. It gets a little warm up here sometimes, but at night its nice and cool.
