What you are missing is video card.

SAPPHIRE 100357LP Radeon HD 7750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Video Card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

You have 275 watt power supply, it is enough for this card, power requirement is greatly overstated by Sapphire.

Anything else I can help you with?

You said cheap upgrade?

What is your OS, Windows 32 bit or 64 bit?

What is your budget overall?

$150 for CPU, GPU and RAM? Including shipping and taxes?
GPU will cost you about 100-110 only...

Clarify this please, so we can look at more realistic solutions.
