What should i change to be able to play upcoming games in 2014

As i said in subject i `m wondering what should i change about my pc to be able to play upcoming games in 2014 like witcher , gta V , and etc etc... cause i know i wont be able to play them on my pc specs right now. My specs are :
cpu - AMD Phenom II X4 925 , 2.4GHz
motherboard : MSI MS-7597
ram : 4Gb
graphic: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450.

What type of budget do you have? I'd say the gtx 760 is a pretty sweet price/performance at the moment. I would consider changing cpu mobo as well for something intel. That would be a 600$-700$ upgrade tho.

Well my "budget" is nothing atm , maybe around 60 euros, but i `m trying to save some money , i`m student u know, its harding saving any :) i`m just looking for best price-performance solution :)

Well its bit difference where live , since i`m in Serbia and our monthly salary is 350 euros , my dad get 350 euros mountly...and i`m unemployed ofc :) i dunno how much could i get euros , but tell me some opinions , i guess 100 euros is minimum for some decent graphic

ohh that's good 100euro It means 132.46$ you can buy a mid range Gpu that can play your games @ high with 25-40 Fps
I will Recommend You Some Gpus near Your budget buy AS your wish!!

1.R7750 (R7750>N650)
2.Gtx 650
3.Gtx 650Ti (N650<7770)
4.R7770

Tell me which one u like I will Find you best gpu :D

If you Go for 7750 Then Buy A DDr5 1Gb not a DDr3 With 2 gb It is not worth For buy
And if u go for Gtx 650 U can Buy it

My chose For Msi Brand because it gives you awesome price/performance also best built in quality with overclocking ability than other brands :)

And which Site You Search about these prices :bounce:

I searched it in store that i visit in my town Belgrade (Serbia) its : www.gigatronshop.com

u mean if gpu in total is 105 euros , i ask that store can they break it in few parts so i get to pay smaler amounts of euros about 30 maybe or so, few times till i pay it off completly? is that what u though?
