Hi,
I am building a gaming computer for my brother and he has a pretty low budget.

How's this for a low~mid budget PC?

I have a ton of thermal paste left, and some fans so he doesn't need to buy any of those.

He can just use his old HDDs and I can sell him my 7950 for $150~$200 LOL

Overall it's $636.35 with tax and shipping included. Plus my 7950 xD

Is there something I can add/remove/replace/improve?

Looks like a decent build. Next time, try to use PCparkpicker.com to assemble a link we can view. It's hard to open 8 links to view each piece separately, especially for people on phones or tablets or things.
