I just recently build my first gaming PC and wanted to test out my RAM before proceeding with any overclocking. I left Memtest86+ running overnight to find out the next morning that it ran into an error on the 1st pass, on test 7. It says the failing address is "0011496b9a4 - 4425.4MB". However, its gone through almost 5 passes since without getting an error so I'm not sure if this error was a fluke or what. Any help would be appreciated as I need to know if I have to replace this RAM kit or not :S.

System Info:
CPU/Heatsink: Intel i5 4670k @ stock w/ Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Mobo: ASUS Z87-Pro (updated to latest BIOS)
RAM: Patriot Viper 3 Black Mamba 8GB (2x4GB) @ XMP settings 9-9-9-24 1.5V (I think)
GPU: MSI GTX 760 Twin Frozr Gaming
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 128GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm
ODD: ASUS 24X DVD Writer
PS: Antec Truepower New 650W
Case: Corsair 400R

test each ram on its own with memtest do 4 passes and them move onto the next stick
test them all in the same DIMM
