Can someone give me some assistance as to how I can stop users on my SBS 2008 Domain from shutting down their computers. I know there is a way to setup group policy so that they cannot see the shutdown button or have that option. Thank you so much for your assistance.

in Group Policy it is a user setting so you need to apply to user accounts (or computer account with loopback processing) and is under 'User Configuration - Administrative Templates -Start Menu and Taskbar' and is called 'Remove and Prevent Access to the Shut Down, Restart, Sleep and Hibernate Commands' edit and set to enabled.

Thank you for your quick response. Is this a local computer group policy only or can i create a group on the domain and apply this policy to a group of domain users?

It's a local computer user policy. It's not configured by default so you should be able to override it with a domain policy as long as the computer is a member of the domain.
