I'm completely new to computer building but I think I got a list of what I want. I just want to know if someone has better suggestions or recommendations. I'm trying to budget this at 2000 to 2800. This will not be used for gaming but instead for after effects, maya ect. Thank you.

Solution
I would drop the cheap liquid cooler for a stronger air fan. And you don't need 1KW for your setup, a strong 650W - 750W PSU will be more than sufficient enough. Otherwise most of that looks good to me.
