Wifi stopped working - router or modem?

Before I call my cable company my Wifi at my house crapped out last night, and after resetting the modem and router multiple times, I still get a "No Internet Access" error from Windows. At first I thought it was my PC, but I tried my laptop, phone, and iPad - nothing. What other diagnosis can I make before I call Time Warner? My router is a three year old Apple Air Port.

Directly plug in your computer/laptop directly to your modem, if that does work then it's your air port. Also check if the cable or home phones are working maybe service is just down, that sometimes happnes in my area.

Well I don't have cable TV, only internet. So even if it's the cable connection I'm sure it's most likely something on their end. I was watching a movie streaming from my computer and all of a sudden it stops working and I get a "cannot find server" error.
