Hi Harris Khan

We could have two scenarios here.
1- Solid Orange - Means the presence of the POWER_GOOD signal. The POWER_GOOD signal, in turn, indicates the power supply is performing all its basic functions but the Motherboard is unable to distribute the same- issue likely to be solved by replacing the mother board.

2- Blinking Orange - Indicates the POWER_GOOD signal has not been issued by the power supply- Likely due to a power supply failure but you need to confirm the same by testing the health of the power supply by pressing the test button at the back.

Hi Harris Khan

As you have mentioned you have tried a few things, Hope you have also considered reseating the memory modules & Graphic card, If you problem still persist- its very likely due to a failure on the motherboard. It is a replaceable component though.
