Hey there, I just bought an Arctic Freezer i30 CPU Cooler for my PC because I heard it performed decently with high end CPUs so I expected the temperatures to be atleast as low as 50c but I'm getting about 67c max using prime95 and furmark to get maximum heat in the case.
Temperatures were 76c max using intel stock cooler with the same situation so I only cooled it 9c.

Here are my system specs:
Gigabyte GA-P75-D3
Intel i3-2120
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 550 Ti Windforce 2x
G-Skill ARES 8GB
Thermaltake Commander MS-I
Thermaltake LitePower 450W

I have installed the cooler so the heat exhausts to the back of the case and there's an exhaust fan installed in the back of the case that came with the case.

I have applied the thermal paste that came with the Cooler.
Are you saying that to much thermal paste is bad for the temperature?
I will try to do as you suggested and get back to you.

I just installed the Cooler again but I found out the thermal paste that came with the Cooler is over so I used a very cheap silicon thermal paste but I hear it doesn't matter so much and the performance is same as before.
I don't think there is an option in the BIOS to disable integrated graphics since the motherboard doesn't have any graphics output.

What in the world does that video have to do with anything.
I already mentioned that there is no graphics output in the motherboard and I'm using the graphics card only.

Unless I am missing something, because I am not familiar with Furmark, I do believe Furmark is a GPU monitoring tool? Does it also monitor CPU temperatures?

Either way, try getting some readings from another monitoring program, like Core Temp ( http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/ ) so we can at least cross-reference your readings.

Secondly, what is your ambient (room) temperature? With one the standard one (1) 120mm back case fan that comes stock with the case, I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't enough airflow for the whole rig.

Installing the I30 Freezer is fairly straight forward, still, it's good to follow all the steps. Contrarily, a dot of thermal compound in the center of the CPU is the best way to go, when applying thermal compound; how they ask you to do it in the instructions usually ends up being too much. MX-4 is good thermal compound, though.
