Hi, I'm trying to build a new computer, and was wondering if there are any problems with this build. Thank you!

Solution
A quality 500w power supply is plenty for a single GPU system.

XFX]http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=]XFX Core Edition PRO550W[/url] will do nicely, and between the promo code and the mail-in rebate, it's $30 right now.

You have an excessive amount of RAM. 8gb in a gaming system is plenty right now. 16gb if you're using he machine for video editing as well.

A few questions:

What are your priorites for the machine? (I.e. gaming, video editing, etc), and what is your budget.
Do you need to buy an OS, monitor, keyboard, or mouse?
Do you have any preferred or excluded websites?
Are you ok with mail-in rebates?
How soon do you plan to buy this machine?

Other than that, looks good so far.

AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor
Hyper evo 212
Nvidia GTX 660 ti 2GB
Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
G Skill 2133 8GB x 4 (32GB)

I haven't figured out what power supply I need for this setup.

Do you see any problems with this? I'm a beginner so bear with me :D

Any advice will be appreciated! Also, do recommend me a power supply for this setup. Thank you!

I'm actually mainly using it for a VM software, and I need to be running more than 20 VMs at a time.

That's why I've been looking into 2133 sticks. Is it difficult to overclock?

I'm on a somewhat tight budget, so I'm trying to get the best value components on everything.

(30+ vms do eat up quite a bit of memory), haha.

I do have an OS / monitor / keyboard/ mouse already.

I'm looking to buy it in a week.

Will 550W PSU be enough for my exhaustive usage of the computer?
