400$ office PC advice

Hy,
is this build good:
CPU AMD A10-6800K 4.1GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-HD2 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard
Memory Corsair 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Case Fractal Design Define R4 (Arctic White) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply Coolermaster B500W 85+
Optical Drive Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

or should i go for the 5800k

If it's purely for Office usage, it seems that there is quite a lot of fat to trim:

1. No need for a powerful iGP unless u do some light gaming or FPS gaming in low/med settings

2. Dual cores will do u fine.

Here is my thought, the price is trimmed to 260 bucks, but it'll be PURE office PC, maybe u can try to play COD 2,4,6,8 in low settings without lag spikes.
