Should i get a Intel i7 3930K and overclock it to 4.5Ghz Or 4.8Ghz Or Should i Wait for the Ivy Bridge-E CPUs?
This is gaming wise.I'm gonna use a single monitor,The monitor size is gonna be 2560x1440 or 2560x1600,I'm gonna play on ultra settings,And I'm gonna play on 2560x1440 or 2560x1600.I'm gonna be plaing games like The battlefield Series,The Far Cry Series,The Resident Evil Series,The Mass Effect Series,The Elder Scrolls Series,The Saints Row Series,The Assasins Creed Series,The Mirrors Edge Series,The Bioshock Series,The Medal Of Honor Series,The Grand Theft Auto Series,The Hitman Series,The Batman Series,The Dead Rising Series,The Crysis Series,And Many Other Big AAA Games. The GPU I'm gonna use is the Dual GTX 780s (2 Way SLI GTX 780).The Specifactions I'm looking for is a CPU that won't burn out with a Expensive Liquid Cooling,Fan Cooling System,A CPU that can put all those games above on Ultra Settings,A CPU that the Ultra settings will last,A CPU that will work and fuction properly for a long time,And a CPU that will give me over 60 FPS with the Dual GTX 780s on Ultra Settings.

The power savings on the IB-E chips is quite nice, I'd wait a month if I were you. At the very least, the SB-E chips may drop in price.
