What you have looks good, would ask if going with a discrete GPU, if so may want a higher PSU 9 I prob would anyway), and do you have an OS?

Thanks for the response. Ya this is actually for my mom, so absolutely no gaming...so the mobo's integrated graphics should be fine. And yes, I have the OS covered. I swapped out the mobo for the a less expensive one and changed the i5 to an i7 3770. It's fine if its overkill lol

That should work ! The 3770 is prob overkill, but imagine you can use it on occasion too ;)
