Yes OFFICIALLY it does, 2 x 120mm fans in the top supported.

You have around 30mm to the edge of the motherboard, and perhaps another 15mm to the RAM slots, which, however is very dependent on your motherboard layout. It's going to be a very very tight fit, I can tell you that. But don't worry it will fit just fine.
