How well would my PC handle CoD: Black Ops and BO 2?

Here are my specs.

Motherboard = http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Gateway-SX2800-01-DIG43L-aGreyhound-Motherboard-/270782691688

CPU = Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33 GHz
RAM = 4gb
Video Card = Nvidia Geforce GT 620
OS = Windows 7 Professional
PSU = 500w

System Requirements Lab/CanYouRunIt shows the green bar as full, surpassing the minimum specs. But there is no recommended specs for these games so I am not sure how well I could handle them.

Not a very good system, but Black Ops 2 is also pretty pathetic when it comes to system requirements. So yeah, Medium settings with 40+ FPS sounds about right. Certainly playable, but I'd probably just buy it on a console if you have one.
