Ok i think its my psi because I'm currently operating on a dell stock 300W psu heres my specs though before i explain the problem completely.

Specs:
I recently installed a Sapphire Radeon HD 7750

Amd athlon II X2 250

300W dell stock psu

Some dell stock mobo. I have a dell inspiron 570.

6 gbs of ram

Ok i know its not my mouse and keyboard making this pausing typing problem. When i type it like deactivates for 1 second and im not paying attention to the screen and the next thing u know i have ghgs e esffaf on the google search bar. IK i'm typing right i had 4 other people realize the same problem. But the keyboard isn't typing the letters that i didn't click. and ik it isn't the keyboards which are both dell stock. Ik this because i bought a new logitech mouse and tried out a different keyboard and it still had the same results.

The other problem was it was like some one spams esc the entire time im on any application either mine craft Heroes and generals arma 2 or google. When i play arma 2 the game minimizes. when i play minecraft the game shrinks and pauses when ever i try to play. VERY AGGITATING.

I believe that i stretched this crappy dell psi farther tan its capable of so im getting a new antec 450W psu tomorrow. Help is VERY apreciated its my baby and i love gaming plz help courteously and yo'll be rewarded witha fat nice piece of BEST SOLUTION to tag to your trophy room.

That link that you provided pretty much explains that the PSU in your PC is non-proprietary. That means any off-the shelf PSU should work.
Other then really high power units (think 900 watts and above) PSU's a built to a pretty much set specification; generally they measure APPROX. 6"Wx3.5"H x 5.5-6"L. You can measure yours to see exactly the size, but even your dell case should have enough room to accommodate one a little longer: the H and W are pretty much standard and set.
YOu will be looking for an ATX PSU.

ive been looking around some posts and heres some more info. i swept my pc multiple times with spyware free editon or what ever that was that was rated #1 in pc mag magazine and windows security essensials and defender. I have one game on steam that runs perfectly except for this mouse double click when upgrading and picking/deleting troops. But its every other game i have a problem with. Arma 2 and operation arrowhead i got from gamestop app and minecraft, heroes and generals 'beta games' dont work. The only things i can think of is the lowly psu and some java mis-hap. (dont ask why and nothing physically leads to a java problem. My system runs on 64 bit and a 64 bit java. Im runnig outta ideas here

Think you are right about the PSU.
AMD recommends the following for the use of a reference design 7750: Minimum 400 watts power for the entire system, with minimum of 16amps on the 12V rail. Yes, the 400watts MIGHT be a bit over exaggerated, but your PSU is way under that.
Let us know what happens when you get the new PSU.
B T W: Is your Dell new enough that the original PSU is NOT a proprietary unit or wired with Dells old infamous power plug design? If it is proprietary do NOT plug in the new PSU unless it is specifically for DELL machines.

ok i found a guy that asked a similar question.
http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/desktop/f/3514/p/19449175/20122189.aspx

What you said made me a little nervous. How would i figure out if it works or not? What i did last time was search for a pci express slot graphics card.
What can i do to make sure that the power supply im looking at fits in my pc? A swift answer will make a a happy child.

To quote from another Forum expert:"Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most critical factor."(ko888). What that tells us is that it is the total minimum AMPERAGE or current that can be provided on the 12V rail that is most important.
Buy ONLY a quality brand: Seasonic (arguably the best manufacture of PSU's), XFX (made by Seasonic), Corsair, Enermax,
Antec, PC Power& Cooling.
You didn't state a budget, but here are a few that would probably work well and for a long time:
CORSAIR CX430M 430W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139049
$44.99. Popular, 3yr. warranty, made by Channel Well, decent build, semi-modular (main power leads hardwired to the PSU, extras are modular.

A little more then you need for that rig, but when you rebuild this might just transfer over, depending on the new equipment. Made by Seasonic.
XFX Core Edition PRO550W (P1-550S-XXB9) 550W ATX12V 2.2 & ESP12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013
$69.99 with a $20 rebate: This is a Good deal.

SeaSonic S12II 430B 430W ATX12V V2.3/EPS12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151074

This link should also help. There are a lot of really poor, some even dangerous, PSU's out there. This has a list from Top of the Line down to Junk. It is a good guide.

And this one: though very long, very educational.

Hope this helps and isn't complete overload.

ok i installed the psu but I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM! Now you can now imagine how long ive been without arma 2 and minecraft and heroes a-............ etc etc i saw some more forums and re talking about how they installed the latest driver for their gpu. ill see how this works out. But in the mean time thanks for all youre help if you can PLEASE keep feeding me new suggestions. The psu btw is working fine for all ik but the same problem still occurs. another thing is that my cpu and keyboard and mouse have drivers from 2006! My gpu is from 2012.Im completely drowning in this sea of info and idk what to do.

Hang in there Mojoe, it is extremely time consuming and frustrating to track down these kinds of problems.
Also, sorry for all the info in the last post. I completely forgot you were awaiting the Antec unit.
I would not worry to much about the keyboard and mouse. You didn't say what they were, but if you think their drivers might be an issue, go into Contorl Panel, System, click on Device manager, and in there uninstall them (one at a time, so you will be doing this twice), and let windows install the generic drivers on reboot.
Then update your video drivers: there have been a ton of updates since 2012.
If the problem still isn't fixed, the next step is much more drastic.

THIS suggestion is a drastic one, but it might save you a lot of time. I don't know how old your PC is, my guess is more then 4 years, but it might be simpler and easier in the long run to do a complete format and reinstall of your operating system. Load up any drivers you need to go on-line (you might not need any, stock W7 drivers might suffice at this point).
Install all the W7 updates.
Then install your video card drivers.
AT this point if everything is working ie. you can go online, your keyboard and mouse have at least basic funtionality, your screen resolution is set to native resolution, I would download and install either Minecraft or ARMA, try playing them and see if you have any problems.

Realize that doing all of the above may take a full day or so, but if it solves the problem it will be worth it.

It sucks that all this time has to be spent chasing problems, but I am doing the same thing (diff. problem, same steps) on both my computers. There is the real possibility that A. You might have to take it to a reputable repair shop and see if they can find the problem and correct it (I have used Nerds on Call before), or B. that the motherboard has some serious issues and you will have to rebuild entirely.
One last thing for right now: I don't know and can't prove it, but I have had some serious issues with installing some of the latest updates to Window: Installing a security update this morning on this PC (my main one) it would NOT reboot into normal windows no matter what I did. I finally booted into safe mode and restored it back to 8/4. Now its working again.
Which makes me think, did your problems occur after an update? Try windows restore and take the PC back to BEFORE you started experiencing the problems.

ok dude i did some researching and i looked on task manager and stopped this Strong Vault application (Very suspicious.) but still had the same problem. But on my last mission before taking it to the experts was that i started this task manager thing and it worked perfectly! but now i cant use the internet and the audio is screwed up. I cant accept this. So i left the pc went to the movies and now the computer wont even wake up. FML! If you dont have any more very much thanked suggestions ill accept defeat and just bring it to the pros.

I just happen to have solved this problem on my own newly-built system. One thing that was giving me a clue -- my Numlock light would go out after a few seconds and remain off until I hit a key.

For me, it turned out to be Power Management settings in the USB hubs. But not JUST the USB hubs -- I also had to disable the power management settings in all of the Human Interface Devices. I have three "USB Input Devices" listed under Human Interface Devices in the Device Manager. When I went into the properties of the last one, clicked the Power Management tab, and unchecked the "Allow the computer to turn off this device" box, my Numlock light immediately lit and stayed lit. The keyboard pausing problem seems to have vanished for good since.

HOLY COW ! Congratulations, I would never have thought of that, nor did anyone else. I'm gonna put that information somewhere where I can refer to it if needed in the future. Nice job, man!
I have said it before, in person and on forums: We often are chasing problems and "ghosts" only to find that some update or something else has changed one setting, out of thousands, and messed thing up. So often it is a simple little thing.
Again, nice job.

that is an unsung idea but what fixed it was i scanned with malwarebytes checked 500 boxes and let it remove them all and it worked as good as new after that. Though I am still glad I got a new and way better quality psu it gives me some breathing space and especially for the 20$
