Does anyone have any advice on buying a new motherboard/cpu combo for around $150?

Computer is mostly used for gaming

WoW LoL D3 PS2 ect ect lol just bought a newgeforce gtx 650 2g ddr5
like to run them at normal or higher if possible.

do you think that is worth the money if so ill buy it?

with that MB id have to buy a new PS the one I have
now doesn't have an 8pin power connector

the pcie are 3.0 and 2.0 can o still link to cards together through sli with no problems
and I have a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236155 will I have to buy a new HD and OS?
and can I use the 240pin ddr3 ram out of my old MB I think its 1066?

will either of those cpu's mentioned earlier work for this MB?
maybe one around $100, im gonna buy a piece a week so I have a lil more money to spend.
going to buy the MSI MB next week and the cpu the week after
Windows 8.

thank you for your help. on another note are HDD coolers worth it and maybe a $30 heatsink?
