There's no real answer to this question. Sound quality depends a lot on personal taste. Some people want the bass to shake the windows, some want to hear a lot of treble and detail. The best you can do is find a way to try them both headphones. Otherwise, google for reviews and read as many as you can, and decide for yourself which suits your tastes.

Just a note, i'm not very familiar with either models you mentioned. It's possible they sound similar anyway.
