Total Noobie to System Building, Help Greatly Appreciated!

I'm building my first machine soon, and I'm wondering if everything I've picked looks compatible. I'm also open to suggestions for improvements / changes. Not looking to spend too much more money on any parts other than what's listed, unless necessary. Thanks for the help everyone!

The components are really top notch except for your CPU cooler. How about jumping up to a $50ish cooler?

    Excellent choice:

Otherwise, I just gotta say your build is awesome.

Leaning towards the Sabertooth, yah. No OS yet, but I'm guessing Windows 7 64, just seems the most efficient to me. Comin' back over to the Windows/PC game after being on a Macbook Pro as my primary machine all through college, so it's been about 7 years...
