When playing any game my FPS's are falling well below 20 when idle.

Most up to date drivers on video card.

Core Temp of CPU high 35 C

Ran virus/spyware check and came up with nothing.

Here are my comp specs:

Windows 7

AMD Phenom(tm) II x6 1045T Processor (6 CPUs) ~2.7GHz

8gb Ram

Gigabyte Motherboard

EVGA Geforce GTX 770

Any ideas? Please let me know.

Solution
Your CPU is bottle-necking your GPU. You can see by your GPU's temperature that it isn't being used intensely.
Unless you plan to overclock your CPU, I would recommend getting a new one.

The GTX 770 is very powerful but the 1045T is to slow for it at that speed.

Cheers :)

I highly suggest you overclock your 1045T or upgrade to a new CPU, it is bottlenecking.

First off, thank you for your response.

I first want to say I was first having this issue with GTX 560 graphics card as well, which led me to purchasing the 770. After which, the problem actually seemed to get worse.

If solution is still getting a new CPU: What would be a viable choice to handle and harness the power of my GPU?

Thank you again for all of the help!!!

fx8350 if your motherboard supports it.

^ OP, what exact type of Gigabyte motherboard are you using?
