My prebuilt computer turns on yet the LED lights don't turn on and the display on the monitor isn't showing. I have confirmed that the monitor works by hooking it up to another computer. The fans run just fine but the I don't hear a beep on the computer during startup.

Turn everything off, open the side of the case, and make certain the video card and ram are all properly seated in their slots.
That's step one. Really common to get a new computer and find these parts have worked their way loose in shipping/bringing it home/etc.

I forgot to mention that the computer worked just fine a few hours ago and I made sure everything was properly in place.

You don't believe so or you know for a fact? This is your money involved here and if the company can make it right they should.
What brand and model, and all the rest of the specifications, especially power supply and video card? The forum will help you if we can, but even if you are within a couple days of warranty coverage that is the way to go.

I'm positive that it's no longer under warranty. My computer model is the following: http://www.dealtime.com/Lenovo-Lenovo-H230-3022-1FU-Desktop-PC-Intel-Core-2-Quad-Q8300-2-5GHz-6GB-DDR3-640GB-HDD-DVDRW-Window/info?tab=specs
