Additional Comments: I have limited logic with building PCs and only need this for streaming and internet purposes.
Could also be a laptop if cheaper.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My current Desktop can not handle streaming at 720p, not even 480 without lagging and skipping frames.

This will be really awesome for streaming with the budget that you got, and you'll be able to upgrade it to a gaming machine eventually if you choose to do so, by changing the power supply and buying a GPU.
