how to connect front panel usb headers????

i want to connect my usb front panel headers to my mobo...the manual says clearly how to connect them....they show headers named as power(+5V),D-,D+,Ground.....my front usb headers are named as G,Port+,Port-,and VCC.....so,how to connect them????What will happen if i connect them wrongly????will it cause my mobo to fail????

i thought i juz need to leave that cuz my usb front panel headers looks quite old type and the motherboard front panel header slot is new type...btw,thnx...i will give it a try...
