UEFI issue on Asrock Z87 Extreme 4

Just got the board installed the other day and wanted to update BIOS from the stock setting and tweak my OC settings, but my UEFI freezes everytime I access it. This is preventing me from doing pretty much anything as I cant access the BIOS flash tool or any mobo settings. Anyone know of fixes?

Have cleared CMOS twice, but didnt fix anything. Keyboard is in the a 3.0 port, but will try moving it to 2.
