Low Fps in 650 ti boost

Hello all,
I recently purchased zotac gtx 650 ti boost, and i tried playing crysis 3 on medium settings with aa off and i am only getting average fps around 30 , so are these fps normal, my system spec are:

Cpu: intel core 2 quad q9300 @ 2.5 ghz
Motherboard: intel DP35DP
GPU: zotac gtx 650 ti boos
PSU: seasonic s12 2 520 watts
Ram: 2 gb DDR2
monitor:samsung (1680 * 1050)

please tell if i am having any bottleneck issues

You need more RAM and you need to overclock that CPU a little.

thanks for quick reply, so if i add more ram and overclock my cpu a little , will the fps improve.

To add onto what this guy said- you should have about 4-8gb of RAM, and OC to around 3Ghz.

i have never overclocked before so can you guys please suggest some tutorial or link on how to overclock cpu, also i have stock cooler so if i overclock my cpu will there be heating issues.

but i am not sure if my motherboard's bios supports overclocking the CPU.
