I was told by a friend that I could spend more on the Graphics Card and cut back on the other components while saving a lot of money and adding to my performance in the process. Btw, my price range includes a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

All I really want is a good, steady frame rate when playing Battlefield 4 at decent resolution. Thanks for your help in advance guys/gals!
