I just received the Asus GTX 670 4GB as a gift and I already have the 670 FTW 2GB, Can I SLI them together?

No.

Needs to be the same GPU, but also the same amount of RAM.

So while you can of course try; expect trouble.

Thanks for your quick reponse, Then I guess I will install the Asus one alone and sell the FTW card.

No problem.

Note that when I said same GPU, I mean as in a "GTX 670 + GTX 670". It doesn't matter if it's

an ASUS GTX 670, EVGA GTX 670 or whatnot. As long as it's a GTX 670 and has the same RAM amount.

These are the ONLY things that matter when it comes to SLI; thus things like different connectivity options

don't matter either (one has HDMI or Displayport and one doesn't and so forth).

So I have to have ASUS GeForce GTX 670 2GB for the SLI config to work, right?

If your main GPU is a GTX 670 with 4GB RAM. Then you'll need another GTX 670 with 4GB RAM.

Same deal if your main GPU is one with 2GB RAM. You should of course take the ones with the most

RAM, if you think you'll be running high-resolutions or lots of textures (such as tons of Skyrim mods).

GTX 670 is brilliant in SLI.
