Bsnl wifi is on but cant conect it with pc or phone.

I have a Bsnl modem type 2..
When i open the modem, i see everything working fine, the green internet light also blink but when i try to connect it with pc or phone or tablet, the internet dont work at all and even the bsnl page isnt opening :(
help me please!!

what does the error in right-bottom of taskbar say? try troubleshooting there!
switch modem off for some time and try again. Try hard resetting your modem by pressing the reset btn.
or wait for ever till bsnl fixes ,, lol
