Hi! can i play ac2 on these pc specifications with sufficient speed?
CPU-Intel Pentium 4.
CLOCK SPEED - 2.66 ghz.
RAM - 2.00 GB.
OS - Windows 7(adjusted for best performance).
GPU - Nvidia GeForce 210 (1GB)

No, he cannot. That is basically a 5-6 year old office PC. My weak little laptop is far more powerful than that and struggles with assassins creed 1. At least, unless AC2 is better optimized than the first one he cannot.
