My new build :
i5-4670k
Asus Maximus VI Hero
Msi Geforce gtx 780 [ sli later ]
Seasonic 620 watts

Wondering to get Cm Storm Trooper with Hyper Evo 212
OR
Enforcer with Cosair H60

Solution
I am not too read up on the cards but I would think the MSI card. MSI usually has really good quality items so I would go with them.

Also he 620W power supply should be fine for a single 780 and the CPU at eve higher clocks than 4.2, you just don't have any room for a second 780.

Looks like a decent build, I assume you are overclocking?
I haven't heard much about the Corsair cooler, but the Hyper Evo 212 is a really good one. I would advise that you see if the Hyper Evo 212 fits in your case or not which isn't listed. If it fits then get it, if not get the Corsair one if it is a little smaller. Or you could get a cheap water cooler. They can be a little more pricy but they are better for cooling.

But like I said I would leave space to be the decider. Unless you get a water cooler, get the Hyper Evo 212 if it fits.

The i5-3570k is cheaper and it might run cooler idk but it won't perform as well. Haswell has like 10% better performance over ivy bridge at the exact same clock, and I have seen Haswell's overclocked to 4.7 which is the average max anyone has been able to get out of the Ivy Bridge.

I agree on the GPU, PSU, and cooler though.
